Please accept my
huge thanks for the outstanding effort that has gone into ensuring the
re-packing area went live today. These were extremely tight timescales for you
to have achieved. To have this facility available for the school holiday peak
will make such a difference to the Zone A/C operation.
Gatwick's Facilities Manager has left me a voice message thanking the whole team
and admitting that he couldn't find anything to moan about. Also, when I met
with the Virgin Holidays Desk Manager this morning, she was extremely
complimentary about those who worked on site and she has also asked me to pass
on her thanks and gratitude for the continued liaison and thoughtfulness during
the construction.
Your continued delivery response to the 'little' challenges I ask of you is very
much appreciated and I would also be grateful if you could pass the appreciation
and thanks from myself, and others, onto the teams who have worked on this
project.

I would like to congratulate AA
Lovegrove on the delivery of the new Departure Lounge extension at London City
Airport. To turn around this project in the short programme time was
exceptional. A special mention must go to John Matthews and Stuart Lovegrove
for their management of the project which was handed over on time and within

We have had the pleasure of
working with AA Lovegrove for several years at LCY and they have just completed
the extension and refurbishment of the London City Airport Jet Centre terminal.
This is a major hub for corporate and business aircraft users in Europe
expecting the highest standards in facilities for their clients and crews. AA
Lovegrove took on a difficult project in keeping all areas of the business
operational whilst completely changing its physical layout and appearance, the
work was well supervised and managed at all levels with attention to detail and
value for money throughout.

Aimiles :
The project was to restack the existing Airmiles operation from 2 floors at
Astral Towers, Crawley onto 1 floor. AA Lovegrove carried out the refurbishment
works to a high standard throughout and delivered the project ahead of schedule.
All of the works were carried out in occupied areas with no issues throughout
due to the excellent site management team provided by AAL.
Crew Training : The works were carried out at
British Airways HQ building at Heathrow to install full working First & Business
class aircraft cabin mock ups along with 2 new training rooms to allow a new
training schedule for BA cabin crew. The works were carried out within an
occupied area with minimal disruption caused to BA. Thanks to the site
management skills demonstrated by AA Lovegrove the project was completed on
time, within budget and has been warmly received by the BA training dept. The
new facilities were opened by the BA Chief Executive.
