statement of policy
It is the policy of this company to comply with all current Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations. The company will ensure, so far as reasonably practicable; the safety, health and welfare of all employees whilst at work. It is also the policy of the company to provide such information, training and supervision, needed for this purpose.
It is the policy of this company to protect, so far as is reasonably practicable, persons not employed by this company who may be affected by its activities.
The Company’s Policy aims to provide and maintain places of work and equipment which are safe, by the operation of systems of work which are safe and free from risks to health and also to provide suitable arrangements for the welfare of employees. All necessary information, training and supervision will be provided to ensure implementation of this policy.
Management and employees are required to observe and comply with current health and safety legislation and regulations within the workplace and will do all that is reasonable to avoid or reduce health and safety risks. All employees have the responsibility to co-operate with management and managers to achieve a health and safe workplace and to take reasonable care of themselves and others. It is the policy of this company to consult all staff and employees on matters of health and safety and employees are encouraged to notify the company management of hazards in the workplace.
